Property Acquisition Fee
Kenzi Neil Search Fee is £500. The Search Fee is non-refundable and covers costs incurred searching for your property for a period of
time, this is payable upfront.

Upon successful purchase of your new home via Kenzi Neil, our Finder Fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price or, if greater, a percentage of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price. This fee is payable
once the property transaction exchanges contracts.

For properties over £2.5m we operate a degressive fee structure.
