Rental
Kenzi Neil's Search fee for rental Property is £225. The Search Fee is non-refundable and covers costs incurred searching for your property for a period of six months, this is payable upfront. Should you wish us to continue searching after this date our fee is £50 for every month you wish us to continue, this amount is payable in advance.

Upon signing of tenancy agreement a finders fee of 1 months rent will be Payable.
